The FDV model was developed for vertical heavy-duty sealing. It can be combined with conveyer or working table and can be linked to sealing and filling system. With elements on both jaws, sealing is suited for heavy duty bags, wet or dusty. Adjustable Height, Electric foot pedal operated. Conveyer Speed 0.5~5m/min Able to perform constant and discontinuous moving. Model: AIE-FDV in 5 mm & 10 mm seals. Our double impulse vertical foot sealer is designed for applications that require double sided, heavy duty vertical sealing such as the packaging of powders and liquids as well as very heavy bags that are difficult to lift. Seal material up to 20 mil thick (combined thickness up to 40 mil!) Height from floor to sealing jaws is 42". These units are electric foot pedal controlled and operate automatically. They can be combined with a conveyor for filling. Comes with an extra long stand for added flexibility. Also available with a direct constant heat sealer. Optional Counter Available; Ask for Details.
