The ARM Electronics IR Mini Dome Camera uses a Sony 1/3" CCD with 540 lines of resolution to deliver clear and bright images of the surveillance area. When night falls, the camera automatically switches on an array of IR illuminating LEDs, effective to a distance of up to 65' (19.8 m). Together with the camera's auto BLC, white balance and gain (AGC) functions, this will ensure dependable security monitoring both day and night, and in various lighting environments. Accurate camera positioning is a critical factor for proper surveillance monitoring. For this reason ARM Electronics provided this camera with a unique ball-style mechanism - a feature that will allow you to quickly point the camera in the exact direction you need it to see. Another important feature of this camera is its tough, IP66 rated aluminum enclosure, which by keeping out dust and water will allow safe camera installation in an indoor or outdoor location. For expedited installation, this camera can be readily mounted to the surface of a wall or ceiling without requiring additional mounting hardware. Once installed, all the video and power wires remain hidden from view for a neat and secure installation solution.
