Da-Lite’s Polacoat® Ultra Series Rear
Projection Screens
Rear projection screens shall be Da-Lite’s Polacoat® Ultra series as
fabricated by Da-Lite Screen Company, Inc., Polacoat® Division, Blue
Ash, Ohio. Screen shall be single element with one surface comprising a
Fresnel lens and the other exhibiting a precisely applied optical
coating. Fresnel grooves shall have a pitch of 0.19 mm and the diffusion
shall be .004'' chemically bonded optical coating which is permanent and
will not turn yellow, deteriorate or peel off. Thickness shall be 1/4''.

Polacoat® Ultra series rear projection screens from Da-Lite Screen
Company, Inc. have been specifically designed to overcome a variety of
special display challenges. Combining a rear surface Fresnel lens with
an optical diffusion coating on the front surface, Polacoat® Ultra
series screens are best employed as single image displays. The result of
this unique design is the best center to edge uniformity available. |
