The VC Series are versatile mic/line mixers with sophisticated user features including independent remote level control, channel ducking, and insert patching. The VC mixer comes in four models:

4001VC, 4001VCX, 8001VC, & 8001VCX.

Intelix started with basic mixer features--balanced inputs and outputs, line level capability, and phantom power--then took the concept several steps further. The result of these efforts: the next generation of single rack-space mixers with leading-edge features and quality, ideal for simple room-combine, retail outlets, houses of worship, auditoriums, boardrooms, and more.

Features & Benefits

• 4 or 8-channel VCA-based mixing. Voltage controlled Attenuators offer precise and flexible level control, including automatic signal ducking on VCX models.

• Studio quality limiting. Limiter threshold is adjustable from -10dB to +10dB, engaged via a front panel switch.

• Linkable. Stack as many VC(X) units as needed to meet the input requirements for your installation.

• Remote control. All VC(X) units can be controlled using external potentiometers, mute switches, or any 0 -5VDC devices.
  Using the DB25 connectors on the rear of the mixers, you can remotely control all 4 channels of 4001VC(X) models, channels 2, 4, 6, 8 of 8001VC models, and all 8 channels of 8001VCX models.

• Peak and average metering. Each channel has both (green) signal present and (red) clip indicators. The multicolor LED bargraph can be set to meter peak or average output levels.

• VC or VCX. VC(X) Series Mixers come in two 4 or 8 channel versions: VC (standard features) & VCX (enhanced features).
  VCX models individual channel signal present and clip LED's, master output VU metering, APHEX Aural Exciters, and an insert patch or direct out for all channels.
