Then press the button and extend the handle until it locks in place. Your EZ-FOLD cart is now ready for use. Secure your items to platform with the included elastic cord. Large wheels make moving items up and down steps and curbs an easy task. Travelers will love its small compact size. EZ-FOLD can be stored in airline overhead compartments or under airline seats. When folded, EZ-FOLD measures only 2 inches high.
