Description
The next generation in blood pressure monitoring is here and it's called SmartSpeed technology! In typical units, the cuff inflates to approximately 20-30 mmHg above the perceived systolic pressure and then slowly deflates to obtain the actual systolic reading. It then further deflates for the diastolic reading. With SmartSpeed, systolic, diastolic and pulse readings are precisely calculated while the cuff is inflating. Additionally, the inflation level is only approximately 5-10 mmHg above the systolic pressure. Once the three readings are obtained, the cuff rapidly deflates with the blood pressure and pulse rate displayed on the screen.
