The TP505AV has flexible display options fully compatible with LCD, Plasma and projection type displays, not just for CRTs! The TP505AV provides a means of receiving computer video signals over twisted pair CAT-5 (Category 5 type cable when used together with an RGBMATE CAT-5 Computer Video Transmitter, such as model number TP500AV. This is an alternative to the traditional method of using RGB or VGA type multi-channel coaxial cable, a solution that can be desirable due to the fact that CAT-5 cable is thinner, more flexible and less costly than multi-channel coaxial cable. Also, many facilities already have a CAT-5 cable infrastructure, allowing this solution to reduce the amount of labor and intrusion required for retrofit installations. The TP505AV is compact and easy to use and it can receive signal resolutions between VGA and UXGA. Used together with an RGBMATE CAT-5 Computer Video Receiver, TP505AV and properly adjusted with the built-in HF compensation control.
