The River City 20 inch Boy and Girl Cuckoo Clock is an eight day mechanical movement clock with music and animated dancers. The boy and girl turn their heads to kiss for the cuckoo call. Three large wooden weights drive the time, cuckoo, music and dancers. Hand crafted with wood from the Black Forest in Germany. Sounds once on the half hour and sounds the full hour on the hour. Night shut-off mechanism for disabling cuckoo during sleeping hours. To wind your clock, firmly pull the free ends (ring ends) of the chains to raise the weights to the base of the clock. Eight day clocks need to be rewound weekly.
