Sony's MDR-V250V headphones
offer some useful features for a fairly low price. They're mid-sized 'phones
with over-the-ear drivers and an adjustable headband. The MDR-V250V's
drivers are covered with padded leatherette. These headphones are
highlighted most by the handy volume control that's mounted on the cord.
They also have reversible earcups for single-sided monitoring. They feature
a gold-plated mini-jack, and also come with a gold-plated 1/4-inch adapter
for hooking up to home audio gear. The frequency response is quite
respectable. Studio Monitor series headphones incorporate high-end materials
and advanced engineering; critically clean, exceptionally clear sound for
professional and high fidelity applications. Reversible earcups enable
single-sided monitoring flexibility. Supra-aural design rests lightly on the
ear; creates a controlled environment for better sound; driver is positioned
