roaster features a non-stick cooking surface that is perfect for all
types of deep baking. The capacity of this roaster is 5.3 quarts. The
non-stick surface of this roaster is made using diamond crystals to form
a virtually indestructible cooking surface that will not peel, crack, or
blister. The non-stick surface also helps provide perfect heat
distribution. The roaster is made from a 6mm thick pressure cast
aluminum which has a perfectly flat base. Metal utensils are safe for
use on the non-stick surface and the roaster is safe for use in the
dishwasher. The inside depth of this covered roaster is 4". The roaster
has a tempered glass see through lid that can be inverted to be used as
a serving dish. The Swiss Diamond roaster with lid is the perfect pan to
