HISTORY
Our company was founded in 1990, to mainly focus on exporting goods to Latin America. In 2001 we decided to open a web store. We have grown considerably since 2001.
We now have 20 employees, over 100,000 products (and growing) from over
500 different manufacturers and distributors, which together have over
800 warehouses located in strategic places all over the country (USA). |

WHAT DO WE DO
We are like a department store, but where most of the products are
heavily discounted. Although we carry some products in stock, 99%
of what we sell is drop-shipped directly from our suppliers.
In some cases we are direct with manufacturers. In some other
cases we buy through authorized distributors of many other
manufacturers. We sell Appliances, Computer Hardware,
Software & Supplies, Consumer Electronics, Phones and Communications
Equipment, Extended Warranties, Furniture, Luggage & Cases, Office
Equipment & Supplies, Projectors, Projector Lamps, Projector Screens,
Projector Cases, Security Systems, Tools, Watches & Jewelry. We
also sell WHOLESALE and EXPORT. We accept Government, Military and
Schools Purchase Orders. We do Commercial Leasing (please
ask us for it). We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard,
Visa & Paypal. |

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our staff is fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
Most customers give us Excellent Ratings. We try to be reasonable
and fair with our customers. We use cutting edge CRM (Customer
Relationship Management) software and whenever a customer calls us for
any reason, we open a case and do not close it until resolved. |
