Overview

The Aiphone AX-DVF Vandal-Resistant Stainless Steel Flush-Mount Color Video Door Station is used with the AX Series Integratable Audio/Video Security System. This video door station has a stainless steel faceplate and can be flush-mounted using a back box and tamper-resistant screws (included). The unit features a camera, microphone, speaker, and call button. When the call button on the door station is pushed, the master station(s) ring and the video monitor displays the image captured from the door station's camera. Communication is initiated via the talk button at the master station. Communication at the video door station is hands-free. The AX-DVF Door Station can be located up to 980' from the AX CEU (Central Exchange Unit) and wired directly using a CAT5e wire with an RJ45 jack for connection. This door station can be interfaced with third-party hardware for transmission over fiber optic cable or an IP network (accessories available separately).
