Overview
This American International Electric automatic impulse heat sealer uses a timer to determine how long the machines jaws will stay open and closed during the heat sealing process. The timed closure ensures an even and consistent seal. The operator has hands free to handle the product quickly. This AIE machine generally increases the workers productivity. An electronic foot pedal is also included for easy manual operation.

Designed for the repeated sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene This unit is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and electronic timers Uniform pressure is provided by a timer controlled electromagnet pulling the sealing arm down Once the correct control settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the last seal as perfect as the first Ideal for packaging candies, foods, stationaries, drugs, tools, parts and a variety of other products
