The ARM Electronics CX580MD9VAIVP is a high resolution color CCTV camera equipped with a Sony ExView HAD CCD. Through the use of a highly efficient photo-to-electron conversion process, ExView technology is able to improve the CCD's sensitivity to light by a factor of two for visible light and a factor of four for near-infrared wavelengths. The result is markedly brighter video images as well as a significant improvement in contrast. In addition to its high performance, this camera is encased in a solidly constructed dome capsule. This will allow safe camera installation in areas prone to vandalism. Users will also appreciate its integrated varifocal lens, allowing them to quickly change the camera's viewing distance without having to physically move the camera from its installation point. The camera's compact and stylish design also means that users will get the dependable security monitoring they need without the camera's presence distracting from a modern residential or commercial interior decor.
