The AT8646AM shock-mount plate effectively isolates mounted microphones from impact vibration and mechanical noise normally transmitted from the mounting surface. It is intended for use with microphones mounted on lecterns, pulpits, conference tables and similar surfaces. Designed especially for UniPoint� adapter mount type microphones, it may be used with other lightweight microphones with a standard 5/8"-27 microphone stand thread base. The AT8646AM can be mounted in any smooth flat horizontal surface. Threaded stud allows microphone cable to pass through for clean appearance.
