The 10-40x50 IR 2nd Generation Sniper Scope by Barska is a versatile tactical scope which will perform excellent in a variety of targeting situations. A built-in sniper edged sun-shade is set back in the housing, which allows the sun shade to reduce glare for use in bright sun. Multi-coated optics give the 10-40x50 Sniper Scope a sharp, bright image with excellent contrast. An illuminated red and green mil-dot reticle greatly enhances targeting in low-light situations with 5 levels of brightness. Also includes protective scope cap and a set of rings. Barska's 2nd generation of Sniper Series riflescopes offers outstanding performance, impressive features, and rugged construction to make them an unbeatable deal. Sniper scopes are designed for high-resolution sighting of distant targets where precision is an absolute necessity. The multi-coated lenses of the Sniper Scope Series by Barska are flawless with perfect clarity for distant viewing and sighting of still and moving objects. The multi-coated lens also protects against the sun�s UV rays and enhances light transmission. An angled sunshade on all Sniper Series scopes helps reduce glare, giving the shooter a clear view anytime during the day. Each Sniper scope comes equipped with an illuminated dual color reticle that can easily be switched from green to red. The green reticle is ideal for daylight targeting, whereas the red reticle is more ideal for low light situations, such as in the morning or evening. Each color has 5 different brightness settings, giving the user the ability to adjust the brightness of the reticle to the environment. The impact resistant construction of the Sniper Series of scopes ensures that the lenses will not be loosened from repeated firing, nor will the scope lose its zero if bumped or dropped. The Sniper Series is also rated to handle the repeated recoil of large caliber rifles, and will hold zero shot after shot. The Sniper Series has been developed for use in military and hunting situations where targets must be sighted at a great enough distance to prevent danger to the shooter.
