Blast chillers are an optimal way to rapidly decrease the temperature on hot food, which minimizes bacteria production. The 31” Blast Chiller/Freezer - Counterchill Series (Beverage Air BF051AF) is compact in size, but is a powerful piece of equipment. It includes five shelve supports to hold 13” x 21” pans. The unit is sure to be ready to chill with its high density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The core temperature probe measures the product temperature when inserted into food to ensure safety for your guests. You will find it easy to chill and freeze both cooked and uncooked food with this blast chiller.
