Thanks to its 19" wide cutting board, this Beverage Air DP46 46" one door pizza prep table provides plenty of space to build your delicious pizzas, strombolis, or calzones for faster prep time and quicker service! This pizza prep refrigerator holds six 1/3 size food pans up to 6" deep (sold separately) in its raised rail. For convenient loading and unloading, its door stays open when opened past 120 degrees, and two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves in the refrigerated base let you can keep extra ingredient pans handy at all times.
