Overview

Thanks to its 19" wide cutting board, this Beverage Air DPD119-2 119" three door, two drawer pizza prep table provides plenty of space to build your delicious pizzas, strombolis, or calzones for quick prep time and faster service! This pizza prep refrigerator holds fifteen 1/3 size food pans up to 6" deep (sold separately) in its raised rail. To keep extra ingredients handy at all times, this unit also boasts two heavy duty drawers, which can each hold full size and fractional pans from 4" to 6" deep. For convenient loading and unloading, its doors stay open when opened past 120 degrees. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
