Overview

This Beverage-Air WTR27AHC 27" compact worktop refrigerator's versatile design is perfect for providing out of the way, refrigerated food storage, while offering ample work space atop its stainless steel worktop. The 2 1/2" thick worktop is perfect for prepping ingredients and plating dishes. The 4" removable backsplash helps keep your kitchen tools and ingredients from rolling off the back of the worktop. Its single self-closing door, which also boasts a stay-open feature, allows easy access to your most popular ingredients, sides, and desserts. Thanks to its 1/6 hp compressor, the worktop refrigerator's R290 capillary tube refrigeration system provides high humidity storage, while maintaining temperatures between 35 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. To further optimize temperature control, each cabinet is insulated with 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and a 2 1/2" thick worktop. For added convenience, this unit's 6" casters make it easy to rearrange the equipment in your kitchen or move the unit out of the way for cleaning. Two adjustable steel wire shelves allow for optimal organization within its anodized aluminum interior. This worktop refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection.
