This product has been refurbished. It looks OK but it is noticeable that it has been used quite a bit or not properly stored. It might have a lot of scratches or very visible discoloration of the body. We have complete checked it, tested it, and re-packed it. We have included a new black ink cartridge; no color cartridge. The diskettes, manual and warranty card are not included. The unit has been re-packed in a brown box. We offer a 30 day Warranty.
