Marketing Information |
Students favor personal media players over
computers, tablets and other e-learning devices. Personal media players give
students the ability to take individual ownership of their work (and at
their own pace), will also offering high-quality digital learning resources
for nurturing language learning & reading skills, ELL, ELD applications and
listening to recorded books and music. The 8204 enables four students to
play and record audio files (MP3, WMA, FLAC, APE, AAC, WAV ) from science
experiments, class presentations, or educator lessons for later playback. It
also enables viewing of educational videos (AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2, DAT, MP4),
charts or diagrams. The 8204 can be used for 1:1 and differentiated small
group learning programs and be used by teachers to reinforce curriculum
concepts taught in class (or in a flipped environment) to strengthen
understanding and increase student motivation. It has an LCD touch-screen
for easy-to-use navigation with dual 3.5mm headphone jacks for two students
to listen & watch at the same time, or four students can participate with
the stereo jackbox connected into the MP4 Player instead of the second
headphone. For hearing protection, it limits the volume playback to the ASHA-recommended
85dB, with the option to disengage the sound restriction for students with
special needs or other situations. There's a built-in microphone and a mic
jack to connect a headset for higher quality audio recording and podcasting. |
