Boil pastas, simmer sauces, and prepare large batches of your favorite stocks and stews with this Cleveland KDP-60 pedestal-mounted direct steam tilting 60 gallon 2/3 steam jacketed kettle! This unit connects directly to your existing steam source, while its large pouring lip can even handle chunky products! This model's kettle is supported by a stainless steel pedestal with a 3/4" thick floor plate that is level-adjustable for sloping floors, and comes with a collar for sealing. It features a 50 PSI steam jacket rating with a 50 PSI chrome-plated safety valve. A steam control valve mounted on the console allows for easy monitoring. All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel, with a #4 finish on the kettle and its supports. The Cleveland KDP-60 direct steam 60 gallon steam jacketed kettle has a permanently lubricated, self-locking tilting mechanism that saves space. A 3/4" IPS steam connection is required.
