Plus, its stainless steel contraction ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning! Its rolled rim can stand up to abuse, preventing damage to the kettle, and the heavy-duty flanged feet allow you to bolt the kettle to the floor. The Cleveland tri-leg 100 gallon steam jacketed kettle with draw-off valve requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection. 208V will put out 14.7 kW while 240V offers 19.6 kW.
