The Cleveland MKEL-80-T 80 gallon tilting 2/3 steam jacketed electric mixer kettle quickly churns large batches of batters, mashed potatoes, and sauces to a smooth consistency! Infinitely variable speed controls allow you to stir its contents to perfectly mix up processed meats for vacuum-sealing. Plus, gallon markings along the inside of the kettle along with nylon blades that scrape the entire jacketed surface make it easy and efficient to make all of your customers' favorites. Its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of even chunky products.  This Cleveland 80 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. Its agitator, scraper, and bridge lift are all powered by a 3 hp hydraulic motor. A 50 PSI rating, which is higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. As an added safety feature, this unit is limited from high-speed starts, and the mixer stops when the bridge is lifted. A hot/cold faucet dispenses water to add to recipes or to aid in the cleaning process. The Cleveland MKEL-80-T 80 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection. 208V will put out 29,442W and 240V will produce 39,198W.
