• Ultra Rugged - The RL3 endures even the most punishing environments, and passes the MIL-STD 810F drop testing requirements. The RL3 is so rugged it continues to print after 26 consecutive drops to concrete from 6ft (1.8m) even when tested at extreme temperature conditions. The printer is designed with larger gears and train, magnesium parts and double wall construction that will help it to withstand the multiple drops and tumbles expected in these environments.
• High Performance – The long lasting lithium-ion battery offers maximum power capacity to print 5500 3” x 1” labels when operating for 8 continuous hours in a wireless environment. The printer also prints at a continuous 4 inches per second from 100% battery charge to low battery warning. Loading the paper roll is easy to do with one hand and we’ve also included an easy to read LCD screen with simple user interface buttons.
• Easy to Integrate - The RL3 comes with popular language emulations such as CPCL, ZPL, EPL, IPL, XML and Easy Print that allow you to easily integrate the RL3 into an existing infrastructure. The optional Bluetooth and 802.11 a/b/g wireless options give you the flexibility to print anywhere within your operations. The RL3 can hold a roll of media of up to 2.65” OD while being on the industry standard 0.75” ID core thus making it straightforward to migrate your current solution over to the RL3.
