This Delfield D4427N-9M 27" Mega Top sandwich / salad prep refrigerator can hold up to (9) 1/6-size food pans! A patented air screen ensure that product stays cold without drying it out, and its 100% front breathing design allows the unit to be pushed against a wall or built into a cabinet or existing lineup. The Delfield D4427N-9M comes standard with an 8" wide dishwasher-safe polyethylene cutting board that's treated with an antimicrobial agent to improve food safety. With a total of (2) drawers, you'll have plenty of space to keep everything you need close at hand. Each drawer will hold 1 full size 4" deep food pan. (sold separately) The Delfield D4427N-9M Mega Top sandwich / salad prep refrigerator features an environmentally-friendly R-404A refrigerant system and high density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to maximize cooling efficiency. This 27" sandwich / salad prep refrigerator is mounted on 2" diameter casters, and requires a 115V single-phase electrical connection.
