Capable of holding six full size pans, this chef base comes with 2 drawers holding 1 pan each and 2 drawers holding 2 pans each so you'll have everything you need in one convenient location. Having refrigerated ingredients within reach makes your job easier, while keeping everything in one place makes your kitchen more efficient and cuts down on foot traffic. This unit uses four adjustable stainless steel legs to ensure it sits level in your kitchen while supporting the weight of your countertop equipment. The high density non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane foam insulates and provides stability and rigidness, while a wall-mounted bracket is included to prevent tipping. For effective and efficient cooling, this refrigerator chef base uses a remote condenser (sold separately) to maintain safe holding temperatures for your ingredients between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. With the ability to place the condenser outside of the unit, you can lower the ambient temperature near your unit while reducing noise in your kitchen.
