Perfect for buffet lines, this food well holds two full size food pans so you can serve your signature salads, fruits, and desserts to hungry guests. The drop-in design allows you to make the most of your serving space, and because it's an ice cooled unit, you won't need any water or electricity hook ups for operation. With a heavy-duty 18 gauge top and 22 gauge stainless steel liner, this unit features a curved design to fit in semi-circle countertops. The spacious bottom section can be filled with pounds of ice to provide constant, long-term cooling or a brief, short-term chill. Its environmentally-friendly polyurethane foam insulation provides outstanding temperature retention, and a 1" drain in each compartment siphons melted ice and runoff to prevent water buildup while maintaining sanitation. The push-in perimeter gasket ensures a tight seal against any countertop, and the perforated false bottom can be placed below food pans to keep ice away from the drain and prevent clogging.
