Overview

Make your best desserts and cold dishes look even better with the Delfield N8231 31" drop in frost top display! This frost top display maintains an even layer of frost on its top surface, giving you a unique, one-of-a-kind way to display cold products and entice patrons. The Delfield N8231 frost top unit features a one-piece, 31" heavy gauge stainless steel top, while a full perimeter trough and 1/2" drain catch and remove any water runoff. Its bottom-mounted 1/4 hp compressor circulates R-404A refrigerant to generate the frost layer and keep the top surface chilled. The Delfield N8231 drop in frost top display is insulated with high-density foam that guarantees superior temperature retention. It requires a 30 3/4" x 25" countertop cutout.
