This cold slab provides you with an evenly cooled work/display surface, coupled with the attractive, upscale look of granite. The Delfield N8231G cold slab features a stunning 3/4" thick "Absolute Black" granite workspace set in a 31" heavy gauge stainless steel top, while a full perimeter trough and 3/4" stainless steel drain catch and remove any water runoff. Its bottom-mounted 1/4 hp compressor circulates R-404A refrigerant to keep the top surface chilled. This granite cold slab is insulated with high-density foam and features a thermal mastic heat transfer compound between the stainless steel and granite for superior temperature retention. The Delfield N8231G Drop-In Frost Top requires a 30 3/4" x 25" countertop cutout.
