Providing you with ultimate flexibility, this food well can be used either wet or dry, so you can save time, energy, and valuable floor space because you only need one piece of equipment. The drop-in design can be installed into any countertop, and because of the flush mounting, no bacteria or food particles can be trapped in the space between the unit and the counter. And, since it's curved, it fits perfectly in semi-circle countertops. Thanks to the 18 gauge stainless steel top and 20 gauge galvanized steel housing, this unit will provide many years of faithful service. A 2000W power source supplies constant heat to your two full size food pans, and thanks to the thick fiberglass insulation, it will retain the heat for ultimate energy savings. An infinite temperature control is mounted to the exterior of the unit so you can accommodate the appropriate cooking temperatures of different foods. A 1/2" stainless steel drain makes cleaning easy at the end of the night. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
