Save time and energy with the Delfield SALD-1 20 gallon salad dryer! The exterior is constructed of durable 18-gauge stainless steel, and the inner liner is made from one-piece polyethelene plastic with 3/8" diameter holes for proper water drainage. Plus, its 4" locking stem casters allow you to move the salad dryer just where you want it. Make short work of your biggest jobs--the 20 gallon capacity inner liner can hold up to 18 heads of chopped lettuce at once. The Delfield SALD-1 will stand up to years of heavy use. Its completely enclosed, water-tight motor is mounted underneath the unit, as is the timer. The timer features selectable drying cycles of up to 5 minutes.
