As part of the Delfield Specification Line Series, this SSHPT2-S 51.92 cu. ft. two section reach-in pass-through heated holding cabinet offers state-of-the-art quality, versatility, usability, and performance destined to outlast a standard model. The pass-through design allows it to be conveniently placed between your kitchen and serving or prep area so your staff can load prepared items from the back and your servers can access them from the front. Four full height solid doors (two per side) feature built-in door locks with heavy duty strikes. An all stainless steel body and high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensure that this heated holding cabinet delivers consistent temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, easily controlled by an adjustable electronic thermostat. Its top mounted heating system features a high speed blower for uniform airflow and an on/off switch on the front exterior of the cabinet. For superior versatility, this unit comes complete with six chrome plated adjustable shelves (three per section) to help you make the most of the pass-through heated holding cabinet's spacious stainless steel interior. The Delfield SSHPT2-S requires a 120/208-240V electrical connection.
