Managing 12" x 16" trays for your lunch buffet or K-12 cafeteria can be a hassle, but not with this Delfield T-1216 enclosed mobile tray dispenser! This unit features an enclosed cabinet with a 16 gauge stainless steel top, 20 gauge stainless steel sides, and a 14 gauge stainless steel bottom to ensure that it will stand up to daily use in your college dining hall, corporate cafeteria, or high volume fast food restaurant. This design keeps 12" x 16" trays organized, secure, and sanitary until they are pulled from the dispenser by your staff. This tray dispenser's (4) 4" swivel casters allow it to be easily maneuvered down hallways and around corners, while its corner bumpers protect your walls and the unit from damage in the event of accidental bumps. Plus, all of the casters come with a brake, so you can lock it into place when the trays are being dispensed. The interior dispenser platform is made of 18 gauge stainless steel and can be removed when it's time to clean the unit. In addition, the self-leveling mechanism that keeps trays dispensing smoothly can be field adjusted simply by adding or removing stainless steel extension springs from their location inside the elevator housing.
