It is made of firm polyurethane foam that is covered with a ribbed stockinet that allows for improved air circulation while reducing heat buildup and perspiration. The firm foam cervical collar has a 2.3 density foam and 50 compression rating. The washable collar is one size fits most. It measures 21" long and is available in 2", 3" and 4" widths.
