EQUATOR WARRANTY INFORMATION
Every Equator appliance is protected by this warranty under normal personal, family or household use, inside the USA.  All Equator appliances come with a one-year parts and service warranty, with the exception of the Full-Sized Dishwasher, which has a two-year parts and service warranty.  However, if the Equator Clothes Processor is purchased by an appartment owner or management company for use in their tenants appartments, or new but in a rent-to-own situation, the warranty is for two-years Parts Only.  There is no change in the original warranty stated above if an individual purchases the unit for his own personal use in an appartment.  In any other Commercial Application (i.e. Beauty Salon, Restaurant, Bead & Breakfast, etc), the warranty is only 90 days parts and service.  Unreported commercial use negates the terms of this warranty.
