The black FI8910E Day/Night P/T Indoor PoE IP Camera from Foscam uses a 1/4" color CMOS sensor to produce up to 640x480 video resolution with MJPEG compression. Its VGA display resolution is ideal for most TVs and computer monitors, while the QVGA resolution optimizes mobile viewing on smart phones or tablets. An 11 IR LED array is arranged around the lens to provide night vision range out to 25'. Sporting a built-in microphone and speaker for stand-alone two-way communication, there are also jacks for external speakers and a microphone for use as part of a PA system. The camera features 300° horizontal pan and 120° vertical tilt capabilities with 10 speeds. It comes with eight pre-programmed guard tours, and custom tours can be programmed to optimize the camera placement and the surveillance zone. This camera can be integrated into a NVR or NAS surveillance system or used standalone. Up to eight users can remotely access the camera from their computers using most Internet browsers, or with a free app installed on their Android or iOS smart phone or tablet. Users can be granted different access levels from live-view only up to full administrative permissions. With administrative control, all the functions and features of the camera can be accessed like recording modes, recording and display resolutions, as well as customization of the camera picture. Additionally, up to four email addresses can receive automatic emails when an alarm occurs.
