The Beacon/Strobe shall have two constant-on lamps and a flashing high-intensity strobe with secondary contacts for auxiliary equipment. The strobe shall be designed for top-of pole mounting, wall mounting, or surface mounting. This unit shall be used in conjunction with GAI-Tronics Emergency Telephones to identify location and signal phone activation. Beacon/Strobe shall be die cast aluminum base with a �-14 NPT conduit entry provided at bottom center. All electrical operation components are contained within this base including an auxiliary contact rated at 240VAC/30VDC. The strobe shall come equipped with seven 15-foot conductor leads and 18 AWG for ease of installation. An aluminum plate attaches to the top of this base providing sockets for two Beacons and one Strobe Lamp. The lamp�s output is enhanced by a clear optical polycarbonate lens, and the entire outer unit is covered with blue polycarbonate, Lexan�, protective outer dome.
