Complete your cooking line with this Garland 36ER35 heavy-duty electric range with 4 boiler top sections and a standard oven base. This heavy-duty range features a top with 4 boiler sections for cooking with stock pots. Its two 18" boiling plates feature four heat zones, each independently controlled by a 3-heat switch for maximum control over your cooking station.  For your low-volume baking and warming needs, this range has a standard oven base. The oven has a heavy-duty electro-mechanical thermostat and may be used alone or in conjunction with the range top. A single chrome-plated oven rack is included to support your sheet pans or hotel pans and 4 position removable rack guides to facilitate easy cleaning. The oven's door handle is heat-resistant and cool-to-the-touch to reduce the chance of injury. This range is made with a stainless steel front and sides for exceptional durability and corrosion-resistance in a harsh kitchen environment. Plus, it has a stainless steel front rail, a 3" high stainless steel vent riser, and 6" chrome legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floors. 208V, 1 phase, 18.5 kW.
