Marketing Information
The Hobart Welders 500495R is a Factory Reconditioned Handler 125 MIG Gas Metal Arc Welder. The Handler 125 operates off 115V standard household current for maximum versatility. The special 125 MIG package comes ready to weld with or without shielding gas. With an amperage output range of 30 - 125, it easily handles a broad selection of solid mild steel or flux cored wires. This unit has a solenoid valve installed for welding with .023-.030 in (0.6-0.8 mm) solid wire and gas shielding. Use C-25 gas (75% argon/25% CO2) on 22 gauge - 1/8 in steel for a cleaner weld with less spatter. Use Tri-Mix gas and stainless wire for welding on 16-12 gauge stainless steel.

Welds up to 3/16" with flux-cored wire and up to 1/8" with solid steel wire and gas shielding Proven built-in wire feeder with quick-release drive roll lever Built-in contactor eases use and is an excellent safety feature which makes wire electrically "cold" when not welding. Four output voltage settings with wire feed tracking provide quick and easy adjustment for different materials and thickness. Separate "purge" and "fan only" setting to purge gas line and set flow rate without wasting wire Easy access to polarity changeover includes storage holes for spare tips Self-resetting thermal overload and motor protection
