The Intimus 16.50 Series SmartShred Large Industrial Shredder is a heavy-duty shredder designed for safe and efficient destruction of sensitive and confidential information. It features a spacious receiving table with integrated conveyor belt to allow controlled and fast loading through its 19.7-inch feed opening. For CE-certified performance and accident-free workplace, it is equipped with a wide emergency stop bar that immediately shuts down the conveyor and cutting head when the user or operator gets too close to the cutting head Ideal for large companies and organizations with more than 50 personnel, this Intimus industrial shredder offers a shredding capacity of up to 520 sheets per pass. It comes with a catch basket that can hold up to 450 liters (118.88 gallons) of 0.23" x 1.96" or 0.39" x 2.75" shredded particles. To enhance productivity, it utilizes SmatShred PLC (programmable logic controller) control that displays useful information such as session logging, maintenance reminders, and more. It also includes a digital automatic oiling system that prevents overheating while reducing oil consumption. The Intimus 16.50 Series SmartShred Large Industrial Shredder can destroy a wide range of materials including papers, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, credit cards, and metal-ringed binders. With its automatic reverse mechanism, paper can be quickly removed in case of paper jams. It detects when the bin is full and provides an audio alarm while automatically stopping the shredding process. It has a 47.2"W x 76.8"D x 61"H profile that is perfect for installing next to a wall
