With its beautifully modern design, this two-slice toaster brings a new level of enjoyment to breakfast time. The unit's durable housing features a side plate with a satin copper finish and the company name, Kalorik, branded in bold chrome letters for a unique appeal that won't go unnoticed. More than just good looks, however, the appliance comes equipped with a variable browning-control dial for adjusting the shade from light to dark, a round-shaped lowering lever, and extra-wide self-centering slots for evenly toasting bagels, English muffins, thick slices of homemade bread, and more. The toaster also provides chrome buttons for cancel, bagel, reheat, and defrost functions; LED indicator lights; and a convenient "toast ready" sound alert. A metal rack comes included for bun or croissant warming or for use as a toast rack to store toast. To use, simply place the rack on top of the toaster, adjust the browning control selector to the desired setting, and press down the bread-carriage handle. When finished, the rack can be safely lifted by its stay-cool plastic handles and hung from the two hooks on the backside of the toaster.
