The Keencut Excalibur 3S Vertical Multi-Substrate Cutter is a heavy-duty, vertical multi-substrate cutter that is designed to meet the most tight-fisted budgets in sign making. It delivers most of the cutting capabilities of the SteelTraK at an economical price. It features the new self-lubricating bearings included on both cutting heads. Also featured are three cutting tools attached to the cutting head and a fitted counterbalance that allows placing the cutting head in any position without dropping it The composite twin wheel cutting head that slices through an aluminum composite material without noise or dust. The standard utility blade and the scoring blade for acrylic cut on the same line avoiding waste and mistakes guessing where the cut line is. The featured bearing can handle harder substrates such as Aluminum Composite, PVC, foam board and other rigid substrates used in the modern sign industry The Excalibur 3S's maximum cutting length is 63 in.. It can cut PVC foam boards, corrugated or fluted plastic, MDF, foam-centered boards, magnetic sheets, cast acrylic or Plexiglas scorings, and other semi-rigid plastic materials. It has telescoping legs adjust for optimal height and includes two flip stops that make cutting to size easy. Also included are a wall mounting bracket and a box of 100 medium-duty blades
