When used in conjunction with a suitable Keencut Cutting machine, the new Keencut Hot Knife Holder provides hot knife users with a safe, quick and accurate means of cutting and sealing synthetic fabrics, belting, webbing and more

The Simple-to-attach Keencut Hot Knife Holder includes features such as spring loaded mounting block for easy mounting to the cutter's slideway and a spring loaded trigger to automatically activate the Keencut Hot Knife when depressed. The Keencut Hot Knife holder uses the Keencut patented space age bearing and slide system designed for silent operation, user adjustment and minimal maintenance

  • Fits to Keencut Sabre Hot Cut, Sabre 1 and 2, Evolution 1 and 2, Javelin Integra and Big Bench mounted Javelin Series 1 and 2
  • The new Keencut Hot Knife Holder, when fixed to the Sabre HotCut or suitable Keencut Cutting Machine, provides a safe and accurate alternative to using a Hot Knife free hand with a straight edge
  • The hot knife cuts approximately 0.13" from the edge of the Keencut Sabre cutter bar ensuring straight line cuts in the same location every time
  • The hot knife is securely held in place whilst heating up, keeping the potentially dangerous hot blade at a distance ensuring maximum safety
