The Keencut Simplex Tabletop Cutter is a lightweight and portable straight edge cutter for wide format materials. It offers a cutting accuracy to within 0.04 in. over the full length of the media cut and is boasted to be the economical alternative to the Javelin and Sabre models of Keencut precision cutters. Mounted on it is a quality cutting head that features utility knife blades can cut to a depth of 10 millimeters. This mount can also accept an optional textile cutting wheel. This package includes 100 medium-duty utility blades The Simplex can be used on any floor or bench with a flat surface. It has a rotating knob for blade depth adjustments and a fitted blade depth guide. The blade holder is rear loading to allow swift blade replacement. Also comes as a standard is a spring-loaded blade ejector, which instantly retracts the blade when not in use. Two full-length silicone grip cords are included to firmly clamp the material for cutting while protecting the surface from damages. Also added is a quick fit thread cap for easy accessory attachment This cutter bar from Keencut is made of high tensile aerospace aluminum alloy with a super grade anodizing for style and durability. Its lightweight construction allows convenient portability even over a longer length. The Keencut Simplex can cut Acrylic/Plexiglass, Foam Centered Board, Corrugated Plastic, PVC Foam Board, Mat Board, Cardboard, Polystyrene, and Gatorboard. Flexible materials like Banner, Self-Adhesive Flexible Material, Tissue, Canvas, Fabric-Textiles, Film, Mount board, Leather, Vinyl, Magnet, Pop-Up Banners, Paper, and Photo Paper
