The MS-1 mute switch is an accessory to Louroe audio monitoring/audio surveillance systems when microphone muting is required. When red mute switch is engaged, it attenuates audio output below the hearing level and no sound is produced. When mute switch is OFF (or disengaged) the audio monitoring system functions normally and microphone is active.
