The DISC4000 offers the same features and performance as the DISC 7000 but with fewer slots and drives. Up to 7 drives and 400 media make the DISC 4000 an ideal solution for high capacity data storage.

Software Support:
Connectivity to virtually any application is supported by the means of file systems or APIs which provide transparent access to the optical library. A wide range of storage management options is available including data migration, HSM, mirroring and read/write cache settings utilizing the UDF and other file systems. Media can be managed in WORM or rewritable volume sets containing single or multiple physical media with spanning and dynamic expansion options.
