Overview

• Save your copyboard data to the board's internal memory. Approximately 100 pages can be stored. Using an assigned IP address, your team can access the images on the board from their computers using a web browser. The data on the board is accessible even in "Stand-by" mode. Password protect the board for added security.
• When connected to the network, you can save to an FTP server so that everyone on your team has access to the saved information.

Access Via Your SmartPhone
Just install the Meeting Pocket App (MTG pocket) and gain access to many useful and time-saving meeting tools. Both Apple iOS® and Google Android™ mobile operating systems are supported, so you can use your iPhone®, iPad®, iPod® or Android™ phone. The MTG pocket App lets you perform the "scan" function of the board from your SmartPhone. The resulting image file can then be previewed and saved to your phone's memory − as well as to the memory of phones belonging to anyone present in the meeting who has the MTG pocket App installed! Furthermore, the MTG pocket App lets you record audio and video during the meeting. The audio and video files are organized in the same folder as the board image files, so that all of the meeting data is in one convenient location. [Note: Using the MTG pocket App requires the connection of a "wireless access point" to the board as well as a compatible phone. Compatible with Apple iOS 4 and above and Android 2.3 and above.]

Putting the "Capture" in CaptureBoard™
The unique surface of the CaptureBoard™ allows you to project a 60" image without reflection or glare, while at the same time allowing you to write on the surface with PLUS dry-erase markers. Make annotations to the projected image and then using the CaptureBoard software, save the projected image and the handwritten comments together as one digital image file.

The saved file, with both the projected image and the handwritten notes, can then be printed or emailed for distribution so that everyone has an exact copy of the meeting notes. Use it as a convenient reference point for future projects.

Like other PLUS products, the CaptureBoard™ was designed for ease-of-use. There is minimal set-up and the interface is intuitive and requires little training to master.

Store your work digitally.
With digital storage functionality, the PLUS C-20 expands organization-wide communication. The C-20 allows you to store and retrieve the data from the board through either a Direct PC Connection, or by using a USB Memory Stick. Images are saved in color as JPG, PNG, or PDF files. Once the image data has been downloaded to your computer, you can utilize it in many useful ways:
 

• Easily distribute exact copies of your work via email. Send it to absent audience members!
• Using office applications, insert the writing on the board into business documents and other materials.
• Further edit and enhance your work with image editing software.
• Cut down on storage space and clutter with compact digital files.

Print your work in color.
The C-20 allows you to print the contents of the board in color using compatible inkjet printers. You can utilize the printer in either the copyboard's wall-mounted or floor-standing configuration. Please note that the electronic whiteboard does not come with a printer. Compatible printers are widely available from retailers nationwide. Advantages of plain paper copies:
