Equipped with advanced OLED display (384x288) and a high resolution microbolometer sensor (640x480), the Pulsar Quantum LD-38 Thermal Monocular detects heat signatures beyond what night vision can see, successfully penetrating through fog and smoke. Whether conducting a routine patrol, hunting trip or covert military mission, the Quantum LD-38 allows users to quickly locate their target in both day and nighttime operations with minimal distortion and crisp contrast. The Quantum LD-38 is engineered with germanium glass, allowing for maximum thermal sensory sensitivity. Users have the ability to switch between "white hot" and "black hot," making targets distinctly visible up to 900 meters away. At 30 frames per second, the Quantum LD-38 offers a smooth, consistent image, capturing even the fastest-moving objects. The built-in 2.1 magnification power and 2x digital zoom provide crisp, clear enlarged images at long distances. The Quantum LD-38 is made of glass-nylon composite and weighs just over one pound, making it extremely lightweight and durable. Featuring staggered control buttons, the LD-38 is easily accessible to both right- and left-handed users and effortless to locate in pitch black darkness. It features a 10-second start up function to begin viewing quickly and is equipped with a standard Weaver rail and tripod mount, allowing users to attach external power supplies or recording devices.
